About the property
Just as the name states. Cozy! Perfect for families or group of friends looking for high quality accommodation, at a serene location and within walking distance from everything a traveler might need.
What characterizes these apartments is a personal touch and care of the owners to offer their guests a place to relax and enjoy.
Modern decoration, minimalistic design, spacious apartments and amenities, meant to enhance the guest experience and provide added convenience and enjoyment, are a guarantee of a carefree vacation.
This property offers one apartment and one duplex apartment, which can host from 4 to 8 people. One is situated on the first and the other one on the lower ground floor (semi-basement). Offering a terrace or balcony with views of the mountain and garden, the units feature air conditioning, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV with streaming services and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchens feature a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a coffee machine.
For all in need there is a washing machine available to all the guests.
The house is located in a developing and unspoiled area, away from the busy road, where you can relax while your children play safely in the yard and where you can enjoy a good night sleep without noise.
Being situated 350m from the Long Beach of Limenaria and around 700m from the pedestrian zone makes this location not only a great oasis of peace and relaxation, within minutes from the beach, beach bars, restaurants and supermarket, but also a good base for exploring the island.
In the yard there is also a parking space as well as BBQ and a furnished patio.
Pets are allowed only on request and with an agreement with the owners.
Owners speak Czech, German, English and Slovak language.
One-Bedroom Apartment – is 50 m² in size. It can host up to 5 people.
This apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
When opened, a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 people. A fifth person can be accommodated on the extra bed, added in the living room.
Both, a bedroom and a living room come with A/C.
It features two spacious balconies. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony facing west, with a view over the front yard. Your evening drink you can enjoy on the balcony facing east, with beautiful unobstructed mountain and Limenaria views, and even a bit of the sea.
Note: Extra bed can be placed in the living room on request, in advance.
Duplex / 2-Bedroom Apartment – is 70 m² in size. It can host up to 8 people.
This spacious apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
Each bedroom has queen size bed and a sofa bed and both have A/C.
This apartment is situated on the lower ground floor or semi-basement (with 10 steps from the main entrance to the house). Despite this, both bedrooms have windows and enough natural light. The only room without a window is the kitchen.
This apartment doesn’t have a private balcony but you can enjoy your meals and time outside at a reserved patio in the garden, in the shade of an olive tree, where you also have a BBQ at your disposal.

The rooms are cleaned every 3, 4 days – depending on how long you stay.
The towels and linen are changed every 3, 4 days – depending on how long you stay.
Note:
Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to have a cigarette on the balcony or in the garden.
When coming from the direction of Limenas/Prinos, after Trypiti Beach, you are passing the IRIS GOLD Jewellery Factory, all three gas stations and you arrive to the entrance of Limenaria. Where you see the sign “ Limenaria”, turn left and then right away turn right. After the right turn you will drive 100m and then turn first left to a small road with no asphalt and drive about 120m. On the right hand side, you will find B COZY APARTMENTS.

HOW CAN YOU BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION?
The prices you see presented on the website represent the lowest and the highest price for the lowest and the highest part of the season. These prices are intended to help you see if this accommodation is in the range of budget you have planned for your accommodation.
There is only 2 ways to enquire for quotes and book your accommodation:
By sending the enquiry form through our website – After you find the accommodation of your preference, at the bottom of the page of villa/hotel description, you will find the Enquiry Form.
When filling up your form, please make sure you have all the fields filled correctly:
- Email address – If your email is not correct, we will not be able to answer your request.
- Arrival and departure dates – You must be accurate to avoid eventual misunderstandings. If your arrival and departure dates are not fixed, in the message section of the Enquiry form, please, write other available dates so we can send you the quotes for the period you want.
- The age of children – In the message section of the Enquiry Form, please, state the age of your children so we will be sure they will be accommodated properly.
If you have further questions or requirements about the property, you can write it in the message section of the form.
By contacting us directly – If you are not sure you see on our website what you need, you can send an email to booking@egeo-travel.com .
When sending us an email, please, make sure you give us proper information so we can help you: Your name, Arrival and Departure dates, Type of accommodation you need, Number and age of children, if any, The budget you have planned for your accommodation, Special requirements related to accommodation (how far from the beach, quiet area, BBQ, Pet friendly, etc.).
We will send you accommodation recommendations that best meets your criteria and help you narrow the choice.
Do not send us inquiries with questions like: “What is the price of the accommodation in July, August…” or “What you can you offer for 3 people …” , etc. Please, be specific.
In both cases, as soon as you choose the offer you like, we will confirm the availability with the owner and send you instructions for sending the deposit.
It is NOT possible to book your accommodation via phone sms, Viber, WhatUp, via DM or comments on any social network.
BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT
After you confirm your reservation to us, we will send you the instructions for you to send a deposit, directly to the owner. Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking and must be sent within 2 business days.
After the owners confirm they have received the deposit, we will send you an email with the deposit and reservation confirmation/voucher, on behalf of the owner.
Remaining amount will be paid to the owner of the property, within 24 hours upon arrival.
At check in you will have your deposit and reservation confirmation sent by us and your proof of deposit payment to a specific name (money transfer receipt from the bank, Western Union, etc.).
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
If cancelled 21 or more days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less 35€ administrative fee. If cancelled at any time later or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
If a guest arrives after the arrival date as stated in the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation.
In case of late check in or arrival after the arrival date of the reservation you must let the owner know you will be late, otherwise it will be considered as no show.
OVERNIGHT STAY TAX / CLIMATE RESILIENCE LEVY
All the travelers are required to settle these fees locally, in the local currency, directly at their accommodation and to the owner of the property.
These taxes are not included in the holiday prices quoted by hoteliers, travel operators and agents.
If these taxes are included in the price of some accommodation, it will be noted in the description of the hotel/villa on our website.
Payment system, aligning with the official rating of the accommodation:
- Apartments, studios, 1* and 2* hotels: 1.50€ per day/per room,
- 3* hotels: 3€ per day/per room,
- 4* hotels: 7€,
- Luxury 5* hotels: 10€ per day/per room.
HOUSE RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, please, be so kind to read the general policies of the properties.
- The guest is responsible for all the damages made due to the negligence of the guests themselves, their visitors, companions or aides.
- The hotelier is responsible for any damage, unless the damage is due to the negligence of the guests themselves (damage caused by use or damage due to force majeure).
- If the Hotelier/villa owner doesn’t keep the room as agreed, Hotelier/Villa owner is obliged to secure their stay in another Hotel at least of the same class, situated in the same town and being equipped with the same as his own Hotel amenities. In such a case the Hotelier should pay the transfer expenses as well as possible difference in price between his Hotel and the one his clients are accommodated.
If the above is not possible, the Hotelier/ Villa owner has the obligation to compensate the client with the price agreed for the whole time he would stay at the hotel/villa.
- Upon arrival you may be required to show or keep a copy of your ID/Passport, deposit and reservation confirmation.
- In the event that during check-in there are extra guests, than the ones listed on your reservation, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation or apply extra charges.
- In case pets are allowed on the property, this is only with the written permission of the property owner. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed and may result in canceling the reservation.
- Parties and loud music are not welcomed at any property. In case you would like to host an event or party during your stay, please ask for permission from the owner in advance. Even with permission of the owner, “quiet time” must be respected.
- As per Greek Law, guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 14:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 8:00.
- Controlled and moderate use of alcohol on the premises is perfectly acceptable, whereas possession and use of drugs is strictly forbidden (by law) at all times.
- For safety reasons, when leaving your room, please, turn off electric appliances, taps, air-conditioner, etc.
- If you see that something is not working properly, please report it to the management. DO NOT fix things yourself. Please, DO NOT reorganize the furniture in the room or take it out to the balcony.
- Persons who are not the villa’s guests are not allowed to stay overnight, to reside all day long at the premises or use the house appliances without explicit consent of the property owner.
- If the property offers swimming pool, you must pay attention on the pool rules displayed by the pool. Please note, for your safety, that diving, jumping, running around the pool and leaving children alone without guardian is strictly forbidden.
- Water on the island is precious! Please use it with respect and consideration.
- Please don’t throw paper, wet wipes, diapers or sanitary napkins in the toilet.
- Please don’t clean floors with towels or take them out to the beach.
- Please don’t lie on the bedding with self-tanning or sun protection oils on you, because these stains are not possible to wash.
- Property owner does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, accident or any disruption or inconvenience which might affect guest’s holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the owner.
